NZ HISTORIC PLACES TRUST

Local historian Wendy Pettigrew leads this bus trip through the Rangitikei and beyond Taihape to the historic village of Moawhango.  We travel on to the Springvale Bridge over the Upper Rangitikei then return to Erewhon Station for our BYO picnic lunch and a chance to learn about farming in the high country.  Bring a warm jacket and sensible shoes although only short walks are involved.
